Who is Financial Services Exchange Inc. (FSX)?

FSX has a nationwide network of independent broker/dealers and sponsor organizations. Our member firms have a combined sales force of thousands of licensed professionals. Their clients are looking to invest in companies of all sizes and capabilities. To date, more than $3 billion has been raised for presenting companies through the FSX network. Founded in 1983, FSX is one of the most reputable and established national alliances in the country for broker/dealer firms.

What can FSX do for my company?

FSX hosts quarterly investment conferences around the country, providing opportunities for networking and one-on-one communication between broker/dealers and presenting companies. Our investment conferences provide a forum where investment sponsors and FINRA registered principals – mostly the decision-makers for broker/dealer firms - can meet and communicate without interruption.

In addition, we have private equity fund managers in attendance. A captive audience of FINRA member firms makes an FSX investment conference the ideal setting for private and public companies seeking mezzanine financing, funding for private placements, IPOs, secondary financing and pipes and exposure. Instead of traveling around the country to meet with individual broker/dealers one at a time, our conferences makes it possible for representatives of presenting companies to spend several days with key decision makers from firms nationwide. FSX investment conferences also provide a forum for direct investment programs, mutual funds, and asset management companies. To date, more than $2.8 billion has been raised for presenting company offerings through the FSX network.

Why should I consider being a presenting company?

FSX provides Presenting Companies the opportunity to introduce their company and products at a conference comprised of many FINRA member firms. This not only makes for efficient use of time, it also saves precious marketing dollars. The sponsor spends several days with the decision makers of member FINRA firms instead of having to travel to many different cities to meet with broker/dealers one at a time.

Tell me about how a company presents?

FSX provides a lectern, microphone, presentation screen and LCD projector at each conference. We also bring our own Tech who controls all the audio/visual during the presentation. All a presenter needs to think about is what they are presenting. Most companies develop a Power Point presentation and show that during their presentation. Simply provide our tech your Power Point when you arive and FSX will take care of the technical side.
